We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for shoes that have not been worn, altered, or damaged (except items marked "Final Sale"). Shoes must be returned in their original box in the same condition as they were received (without damages to the shoe box or inside packaging), and using the shipping container and pre-addressed return label provided by Casa Couture. Return labels are provided via email after contacting email@example.com with reason for return (helps us keep track of any potential fit issues). Please note that sale items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. We will, however, consider returns on a case-by-case basis, so please do contact our customer service department.
Shoes will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, Casa Couture will reimburse the full price of the purchase within two weeks of the date of the return shipment.
We do try to keep sufficient stock of items listed but occasionally sell out of items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've purchased, we will notify you via email. Any changes made will be reflected in your order total.
Once an order is placed, if the order has not yet shipped we will gladly cancel your order for a full refund. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (855) 227-2287.
If your shipping address is within Florida, Florida Sales Tax will apply. For orders outside Florida, sales tax will not be added.
All orders require a street address. No P.O. boxes.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States
Casa Couture will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If you refuse any shipments from Casa Couture, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Casa Couture. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise refund.
