Casa Couture shoes are listed in EU sizes 5 - 11. Please use this guideline for Italian to U.S. sizing conversion prior to ordering:

For example, a woman's size 8 in our shoes will fit more like a US size 7.5. Therefore, if you are a US size 7.5, we would suggest ordering a size 8 in Casa Couture shoes. Please also note that due to the expandable construction of our footwear, they will self-adjust and expand to your custom size.
